8:30am – 9:00am Warm up
9:00am – 11:30am Golf training on range
12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch
1:30pm – 4:30pm Golf training on course
5:00pm – 6:00pm Fitness training
6:00pm – 7:00pm Dinner/Social Time
7:00pm – 10:30pm Activities
11:00pm Curfew
