Current and aspiring golf professionals, amateurs and college players, if you are looking to balance your training in the mental, physical and technical parts of your game, the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy will provide you with a personalized training program to accelerate your development and help prepare you for competition.
If you are looking to identify some areas of improvement and refocus your energy to reach your full potential, we have the expertise and experience to make it happen. The goal is to give you a personalized plan. This will help challenge you in your daily practice and help you build confidence in competition.
In order for our trainers to help students reach their full potential, amateurs and professionals are encouraged to embrace GGGA’s integrated approach to development. This means receiving a full assessment (fitness, mental and technical) that will assist Gary or the GGGA golf coach to more effectively identify areas of improvement and create the most effective plan for moving forward.
Over the years, Gary Gilchrist has developed and designed a program that will give you the motivation and self-belief to reach your full potential. Whether you are on the PGA, LPGA or working to enter one of the professional tours, we are confident that we can help you reach your goals.
Training Options:
Private Training with Gary Gilchrist
Full Day Training
This full-day private training with Gary Gilchrist includes a full fitness assessment by the TPI certified GGGA fitness team and a mental assessment including a golf profile to identify strengths and areas of opportunity. Players will work with Gary in the morning on the range to assess every aspect of the swing and short game, including video analysis and drills. Following lunch, the player will head to the golf course for an on-course evaluation and on-course lesson. Players who choose this package will leave with a comprehensive plan for improvement in their technical, physical, mental and strategic development.
Hourly training available for amateurs and professionals (for Students who have already received a full assessment plan)
Private training with a GGGA Senior Coach
Assessment Plan
This program is ideal for college players, amateurs and professionals who are new to GGGA and require a full assessment in all areas. Students will spend the day working with our TPI certified fitness team and our mental trainers to identify strengths and areas of opportunity in the mental and physical game. The assessment will also include video analysis of the swing, and the student will leave with a comprehensive plan for improvement in key areas
Full Day Training
This full-day of private training with a senior GGGA coach includes a full fitness assessment by the GGGA’s TPI certified fitness team and a mental assessment including a golf profile to identify strengths and areas of opportunity. The student will work with the coach in the morning on the range to assess every aspect of the swing and short game, including video analysis and drills. Following lunch, students will head to the golf course for an on-course evaluation and on-course lesson. All students will receive a comprehensive plan for improvement in their technical, physical, mental and strategic development.
Half Day Training
Students choosing the half day of training with a senior GGGA Coach will receive swing and short game coaching, including video analysis and a comprehensive plan for improvement. Half-day training is primarily technical for students who have already completed the assessment and have a clear development plan for improvement.
(Students are encouraged to add mental and fitness training to the session to maximize results).
