MAJOR CERTIFICATIONS / COACHING QUALIFICATIONS: Trevor has trained thousands of athletes from various sports ranging in ages and abilities from novice and intermediate to professional levels. Trevor holds the credentials of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength & Conditioning Association), National Association of Speed & Explosion (NASE) Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise), and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certified.
YEARS EXPERIENCE: 16 years
With a great deal of experience and expertise, Trevor brings a level of knowledge focus and attention to detail that is essential to excelling in the field of Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics. Combine those attributes with his work ethic and you have a dynamic team member. From 2007 to 2010, Trevor served as an assistant to the world-renowned strength and conditioning coach, Pat Etcheberry at Etcheberry Sports. While under Pat’s supervision, Trevor was thrust into the elite world of sport performance training, enabling him to work with a variety of well-known golf and tennis professionals.
As a biomechanics specialist, Trevor utilizes a functional movement screening process to immediately identify the most important movement challenges, and then he incorporates a series of corrective exercises to help remedy each challenge.
